Welcome to Aurea Luxury Travels. By submitting an inquiry, engaging our services, or completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Aurea Luxury Travels provides luxury concierge planning, experience design, and coordination services for romantic, private, and executive clientele.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Custom itinerary design
Romantic and private experience curation
Executive client appreciation planning
Reservation sourcing and coordination
Vendor communication and oversight
Styling guidance and curated enhancements
Aurea Luxury Travels acts solely as a planning and coordination entity. We do not own, operate, control, or directly provide transportation, accommodations, dining services, venues, or third-party activities.
We facilitate and coordinate services on your behalf.
2. Design-Only vs. Full-Service Engagements
Depending on the service tier selected:
Design-Only Services include curated recommendations, structured plans, and vendor suggestions. Execution and booking may remain the responsibility of the client.
Full-Service Concierge Engagements include active vendor coordination, reservation management, and structured oversight as agreed in writing.
The specific scope of services will be confirmed prior to commencement.
3. Third-Party Vendors
Experiences arranged through Aurea Luxury Travels may involve independent third-party providers (including but not limited to hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, venues, photographers, florists, and activity operators).
Aurea Luxury Travels:
Is not responsible for vendor performance, conduct, service quality, availability, or pricing changes
Is not liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, property damage, losses, or dissatisfaction caused by third parties
Does not guarantee specific vendor outcomes
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that third-party providers operate independently and agree to release Aurea Luxury Travels from liability related to their services.
Vendor-specific terms and cancellation policies apply separately.
4. Payments & Fees
All planning, concierge, and coordination fees must be paid in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or approved invoicing platforms.
Planning and concierge fees compensate for time, design expertise, and coordination effort and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Experience costs paid directly to vendors are subject to each vendor’s refund and cancellation policies.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Planning and concierge fees are non-refundable once services have begun.
Refunds are not issued for weather conditions, vendor availability changes, personal scheduling conflicts, or changes of mind.
If rescheduling is possible, Aurea Luxury Travels will make reasonable efforts to assist, subject to availability and additional fees.
Vendor deposits and payments are governed by the vendor’s individual policies.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Respond to communications in a timely manner
Review confirmations, itineraries, and experience details upon receipt
Disclose relevant health, mobility, or safety considerations
Aurea Luxury Travels is not responsible for errors, delays, or disruptions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client information.
7. Experience Adjustments
Experience elements may change due to:
Weather
Vendor availability
Venue policies
Safety or legal considerations
Government or municipal regulations
While we strive to provide seamless execution, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Suitable alternatives may be offered when feasible.
8. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
Participation in travel, dining, events, and curated experiences involves inherent risks.
By engaging our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in arranged activities and agree that Aurea Luxury Travels is not liable for personal injury, illness, property loss, or unforeseen incidents.
Clients are responsible for:
Travel documentation
Insurance coverage (if desired)
Compliance with local laws and venue rules
Personal safety and health considerations
9. Force Majeure
Aurea Luxury Travels shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God
Severe weather
Government restrictions
Public health emergencies
Labor disputes
Transportation interruptions
10. Confidentiality & Discretion
Discretion is a core value of Aurea Luxury Travels.
We treat all client identities, event details, travel plans, and experience arrangements as confidential. Clients agree not to publicly misrepresent services or use proprietary experience designs without written permission.
11. Intellectual Property
All itineraries, curated concepts, experience designs, documents, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Aurea Luxury Travels and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared for commercial purposes without written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurea Luxury Travels’ total liability for any claim arising out of services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific planning or concierge service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Any disputes shall be resolved within the appropriate jurisdiction in Maryland.

14. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a booking request, completing payment, or engaging Aurea Luxury Travels’ services, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
